Job summary

Gaia Recruitment in Fareham is seeking an experienced registered nurse to work on DWP assessment projects. You'll assess claimants face to face, by phone or video, and produce clear, objective reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.

This is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with hybrid working (3 days at Fareham centre, 2 days from home). Starting salary £45,000 with potential to rise to £47,000–£49,000 and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• NMC registration with no restrictions.
• 12+ months' post-registration UK experience.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Confident IT and typing skills.

Registration line: NMC Level 1 registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with no restrictions

The package

• £45,000 (PIP) or £48,000 (WCA), rising to £47,000 - £49,000
• Up to 10% quality and performance bonus once approved
• Pay rises at 6 and 12 months
• Fully paid 6-month training with clinical tutors and mentoring
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. No nights, weekends or bank holidays
• Hybrid: 3 days at our Fareham centre, 2 days from home
• Permanent, full time or part time
