Job summary

Gaia Recruitment in Reading is recruiting a registered nurse to assess claimants, using your clinical assessment skills to understand how health conditions affect daily lives. The role is Monday to Friday, with evenings and weekends back, based in Reading with hybrid working.

The position starts at £47,000, with potential increases to £50-51k as you progress, and includes generous annual leave, pension contributions, and a 6-month training program with mentors.

• 12+ months' post-registration UK experience.

• Good IT and typing skills.

Registration line: NMC Level 1 registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with no restrictions

The package

• £47,000 (PIP) or £50,000 (WCA), rising to £49,000 - £51,000
• Up to 10% quality and performance bonus once approved
• Pay rises at 6 and 12 months
• Fully paid 6-month training with clinical tutors and mentoring
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. No nights, weekends or bank holidays
• Hybrid: 3 days at our Reading centre, 2 days from home
• Permanent, full time or part time
• Pension contributions
• 25 days annual leave
