Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a care home in Holt, England. You will provide safe, person-centred nursing care, administer medications, and support the care team to maintain high standards. Shifts rotate day and night with an hourly rate of £24.

Applicants must hold active NMC registration and be able to work under pressure. Prior elder/dementia care is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive induction and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused with high standards of care.
• Care home, dementia care, or older adults’ nursing experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Administer medications and monitor care plans in line with NMC standards.
• Lead and support care teams to deliver excellent standards of practice.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of residents in partnership with families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory compliance.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents’ health.
