Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work nights in a luxury care home in Gateshead. You will provide high-quality clinical care overnight and support the wider team to maintain strong standards.

You must be an RGN or RMN with active NMC registration, with dementia care experience. The role offers £20.50 per hour, 36 hours per week, with night shifts and enhanced rate for bank holidays; on-site parking and training opportunities.

£20.50 per hour | 36 Hours per Week | Night Shifts

Providing excellent nursing care overnight means being someone residents and colleagues can rely on – clinically confident, observant and calm when needs change.

This luxury care home supports older adults within an environment that has been thoughtfully designed around their care, comfort and wellbeing. We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who can provide high-quality clinical care throughout the night while supporting the wider care team to maintain consistently strong standards.

Please note that this role DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship

What We’re Looking For

• RGN or RMN with an active NMC registration
• Previous nursing experience within an older adult care setting
• Experience supporting residents living with dementia
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Confidence with medication administration, care planning and risk assessments
• Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to deterioration or changes in residents’ needs
• Good knowledge of safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance
• Confidence providing clinical guidance to care colleagues
• A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach
