Willing Care Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a night shift team at a specialist dementia nursing home. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, manage shifts, and support care colleagues in a stable, established service.

The role focuses on safe, compassionate, person-centred care for older adults, with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, accurate record-keeping and effective liaison with GPs and families.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced nurse (RGN or RMN) with night shift experience.
• Ability to supervise care colleagues and work independently.
• Commitment to high-quality dementia care.

• Assess and monitor residents, responding to health changes.
• Administer and manage medications safely in line with standards.
• Develop, review and maintain person-centred care plans.
• Support residents living with dementia with dignity and understanding.
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to care colleagues.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and regulatory standards.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies and clinical concerns.
• Liaise with GPs, families and external healthcare professionals.

All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced DBS check, verification of the right to work in the UK, NMC registration checks, and any other pre-employment checks required for the role.

£25.30 per hour |36 to 48 Hours per Week | Night Shifts

Our client is looking for an experienced RGN or RMN to join their nursing home, providing high-quality clinical care to older adults throughout the night. This role is suited to a nurse with previous nursing home experience who is confident managing a shift, responding to changing clinical needs and supporting care colleagues. You'll be joining an established service with stable staffing and a strong focus on delivering safe, compassionate and individualised dementia care.
