Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced RGN or RMN to join a nursing home for night shifts in the United Kingdom. The role offers £25.30 per hour and requires 36 to 48 hours per week with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse (RMN/RGN) with NMC registration.
• Nursing qualification appropriate for UK practice (RMN/RGN).
• Experience in nursing home settings, especially night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for clinical care delivery throughout the night shift
• Assess and monitor residents, responding appropriately to changes in their health
• Administer and manage medications safely in line with NMC standards
• Develop, review and maintain person-centred care plans
• Support residents living with dementia with dignity, patience and understanding
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to care colleagues
• Maintain accurate clinical records and regulatory standards
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies and clinical concerns
• Liaise with GPs, families and external healthcare professionals when required

Our client is looking for an experienced RGN or RMN to join their nursing home, providing high-quality clinical care to older adults throughout the night.

This role is suited to a nurse with previous nursing home experience who is confident managing a shift, responding to changing clinical needs and supporting care colleagues.

You’ll be joining an established service with stable staffing and a strong focus on delivering safe, compassionate and individualised dementia care.

Please note: this position does not offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
