Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to work night shifts in a purpose-built nursing home for older adults. This role offers 36 hours per week and paid at £21.50 per hour, with a focus on high-quality, person-centred care.

You will deliver clinical support, maintain safety, and lead care staff while documenting care in line with regulatory requirements. A NMC Pin and RN qualification are essential; new graduates are not suitable for this role.

Qualifications

• NMC Pin required and RN qualification.
• No newly qualified nurses for this role.
• Strong clinical background with autonomous decision-making.
• Experience in nursing home or elderly care settings.
• Excellent communication and supportive leadership.
• Calm, organized and focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents throughout the night.
• Lead, support, and guide care staff to maintain standards.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond promptly to changes in residents’ health and escalate when needed.
• Administer medications safely and in line with policies.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
