Job summary

Willing Care Ltd is seeking a qualified nurse to oversee night-shift care in a reputable facility. You will assess residents, administer medications, and develop person-centred care plans while liaising with GPs and families. The role requires strong clinical judgment, dementia experience, and an active NMC registration.

The position offers night shifts, a supportive team, and ongoing training in a well-established home with pension and benefits. Prior dementia care experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Recent nursing home experience is essential.
• Experience supporting older adults and people living with dementia.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Confidently manage a night shift and delegate to care colleagues.
• Experience with medication administration, care planning and risk assessments.
• Good safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance knowledge.
• Calm, confident approach to changing resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents, responding appropriately to health changes.

• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to care colleagues.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and regulatory standards.

Job description

• Assess and monitor residents, responding appropriately to changes in their health
