Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced nurse (RGN or RMN) for a family-run nursing home in the Pontypridd area. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older adults, administer medications, and lead care teams in a friendly, supportive environment.

The role offers either full-time day shifts or part-time night shifts, with on-site parking and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is essential.
• Registered Nurse with RGN or RMN designation preferred.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Active

NMC registration as an

RGN or RMN.

A minimum of two years' experience within a Nursing Home setting.

A strong understanding of person-centred care and clinical best practice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Role

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.

Administer medications and carry out clinical assessments in accordance with NMC guidelines.

Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans.

Monitor residents' health, responding promptly to any changes in condition.

Lead and support Care Assistants, promoting best practice across the team.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
