Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Staff Nurse to join a welcoming care home in England. The role covers 36–48 hours per week with day shifts (8:00am–8:00pm) and some night coverage, delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, including those living with dementia.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN preferred) or RMN or RNLD.
• Experience in nursing homes and with older adults is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and complete clinical assessments in line with NMC guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and respond promptly to changes.
• Work with Care Assistants, senior staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support residents and families, promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe and at home.

36 Hours per Week | Day Shifts, with flexibility to cover some Nights (8:00am–8:00pm)

This welcoming care home provides residential, nursing, and dementia care within a warm and homelike environment. Rated Good by the CQC, the home combines high-quality clinical care with a compassionate, person-centred approach, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and individuality.

The home also boasts excellent facilities, including beautifully landscaped gardens and an onsite café, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and staff alike.

They are now looking for a Staff Nurse to join their friendly clinical team. While an RGN is preferred, applications are also welcomed from experienced RMNs and RNLDs with strong clinical skills and previous nursing home experience.

What We're Looking For

Active

NMC registration as an

RGN (preferred),

RMN, or

RNLD.

Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in delivering high-quality nursing care.

Experience caring for older adults, including those living with dementia.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Your Role
