Job summary

Willing Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join the night team at an Outstanding CQC-rated nursing home in Swindon. You will deliver safe, high-quality nursing care overnight and administer medications, monitoring residents and responding to changes in condition.

Lead the night team, develop and review person-centred care plans, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN with current NMC registration and relevant nursing experience.
• Experience delivering overnight nursing care is desirable.
• Ability to lead a night care team and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor residents' health.

• Administer medications and complete clinical assessments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding promptly to changes in their condition.
• Develop and review person-centred care plans to meet residents' individual needs.
• Provide leadership and clinical support to the night care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote a calm, safe, and reassuring environment where residents feel comfortable and cared for.
