Willing Care Ltd. is seeking a confident and caring Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care for older adults in a family-run nursing home setting.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications, and work closely with GPs, families and the care team to ensure wellbeing and dignity. • Assess residents' needs and develop, implement and review individual care plans
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records
• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition
• Carry out clinical procedures and nursing interventions within your competence
• Support and guide Healthcare Assistants to maintain high standards of care
• Work closely with GPs, healthcare professionals and residents' families
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective clinical handovers
• Follow NMC standards, safeguarding procedures and CQC requirements

We\'re looking for a confident and caring Registered Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents, supporting their individual needs and working as part of a dedicated care team. Your Role as a Registered Nurse

£21.80 per Hour | 42 Hours per Week | Day Shifts
