Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) for day shifts in the UK. The role offers £23 per hour on full-time hours, with a focus on dementia and related care.

You will be part of a team delivering high-quality nursing support and shaping a new care culture within the home. The position requires active NMC registration, experience in elderly/dementia care, and strong clinical skills.

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
• Develop personalised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and monitor clinical interventions.
• Assess residents’ conditions and elevate concerns where needed.
• Support and guide care assistants in best practices.
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with families and contribute to a positive environment.

Registered Nurse – Day Shifts (RGN or RMN)

£23 per hour |Full-Time Hours| Dementia & Nursing Care

Whether you’re an RGN (Registered General Nurse) or an RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse), if you bring clinical expertise and a passion for person-centred care, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, many of whom live with dementia or other age-related conditions. You’ll be part of a supportive team helping to establish and grow a new nursing culture within the home.
