Qualifications

• Promote residents' dignity, independence and individual choices.
• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice.

£22.00 per hour |Night Shifts | Permanent | Luxury Nursing Home

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a beautifully designed luxury nursing home for older adults, with permanent night shifts available. The home provides a high-quality environment where resident wellbeing, dignity and individual choice are at the centre of care.

Your Role

What You'll Need

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.


• Previous experience working within a nursing home or older adult care environment.


• Strong clinical skills and confidence managing residents' individual nursing needs.


• Good knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS and person-centred care.


• Confidence with medication management, care planning and clinical documentation.


• Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to changes in residents' health.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• A compassionate and professional approach to supporting older adults.
