SCR is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance for young people. You will drive outcomes, supervise staff, and promote a safeguarding-focused culture.

The role demands leadership, resilience and a commitment to ongoing training and professional development within a supportive and progressive organisation.

Formación

• Management experience within young people’s residential services.
• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
