Daystars Home Ltd in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead one of its specialist residential homes for children. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, therapeutic care for youngsters with learning disabilities and emotional/behavioural needs in a nurturing, trauma-informed environment.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, guide the staff team, promote reflective practice, and ensure safeguarding and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a residential children's setting.
• Experience with learning disabilities and emotional/behavioural needs.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, therapeutic approaches.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete Level 5 Diploma within two years.
