Job summary

A childcare organization in Maidstone seeks a Registered Manager to oversee a newly established children's home. The ideal candidate will lead a team to provide high standards of care for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, developing care plans, and managing resources. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare is required, along with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience in residential settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
