Job summary

Blue Mountain Homes Limited in Ollerton is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a new four-bed residential home, delivering therapeutic care to young people and guiding them toward independence.

You will oversee care delivery, staff development and placement matching, ensuring compliance with Quality Standards and regulatory authorities while supporting children with autism/ADHD and related needs.

Qualifications

• Two years experience working in a residential children’s home.
• Detailed working knowledge of the Quality Standards for Children’s Homes.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care and Level 4/5 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the best possible outcomes are achieved for the young people.
• Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times in accordance with the Care Standards and Regulatory Authorities.
• Staff management and professional development.
• Involvement in referral and placement matching process.
