Job summary

Radis in Coventry is seeking an experienced care leader to manage a 19-apartment supported living service for adults with mental ill health and/or learning disabilities. You will provide strong, compassionate leadership, ensure regulatory compliance (CQC), manage risk, and co-produce support plans with the team.

You will lead a skilled staff group, drive continuous improvement, build trusted relationships with families and professionals, and maintain a safe, person-centred service that enables

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Service Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Understanding of mental health and learning disability care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership and management of the service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and CQC readiness.
• Manage risk and promote safe, person-centred care.
• Oversee support plans and risk assessments with co-production.
• Collaborate with health and social care professionals and MDTs.
