Job summary

Radis in Coventry is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 19-apartment supported living scheme for adults with mental ill health or learning disabilities. You will provide compassionate leadership, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop staff, monitor risks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relations with mental health professionals, commissioners and families.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Service Manager within a care setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience delivering person-centred support and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership to the care team.
• Ensure the service operates in line with CQC and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee risk management and safeguarding across the scheme.
