Job summary

Radis Community Care in Coventry is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 19-apartment supported living scheme. You will provide strong leadership, maintain high-quality, person-centred care, and ensure the service meets regulatory standards including CQC.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive continuous improvement and collaborate with mental health professionals, commissioning teams and families to support adults with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Service Manager in a care setting.
• Experience of supporting adults with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities.
• Strong safeguarding, risk management and positive behavioural support.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing building-based and multi-site services.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 Leadership & Management for Adult Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership and drive a positive culture.
• Ensure service operates under regulatory best practice including CQC.
• Manage risk and promote safe, person-centred care.
• Co-produce support plans and risk assessments with customers and professionals.
• Lead and develop a skilled, accountable staff team and monitor quality.
• Oversee recruitment, deployment, training and service development.
