Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home in Darlington on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to children and young people with complex needs, while developing a supportive and compliant service.

You will oversee safeguarding, risk management, care planning, referrals to the home, and collaboration with partner agencies to create safe, person-centred placements.

• Oversee the care planning process with families and professionals to create person-centred plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and organisational policies to empower young people.
• Promote a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach to care in collaboration with professionals.
• Maintain robust safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance systems meeting regulatory standards.
