Formación

• Experience as Registered Manager in a regulated care setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection processes, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management and delivery of care packages, ensuring high standards of care and support.
• Manage and support Care Coordinators and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Coordinate referrals, assess client requirements, and support development and management of appropriate care packages.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure care delivery is person-centered, responsive, and tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain understanding of CQC regulations, quality standards, inspection processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor service quality and ensure documentation, policies, and procedures are maintained.
• Support continuous service improvement and ensure the service operates in line with standards.
