Job summary

AA Euro Group is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager for a newly developed Supported Living service in Hampshire, Aldershot. You will establish the service, build a high-performing team and ensure safe, person-centred support with strong governance.

The role requires leadership, regulatory compliance and the ability to drive service improvement while managing budgets and occupancy. Salary £60,000, 37.5 hours, full-time, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading, managing and developing care teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
• Lead quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement.
• Prepare the service for inspections and ensure regulatory standards are consistently met.
• Develop and implement service improvement plans.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk management and governance.
• Ensure support is safe, effective, person-centred and outcome-focused.
• Recruit, lead and develop a strong and effective staff team.
• Manage induction, supervision and performance processes.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver high-quality support.
