Job summary

Priory, based in Southport, is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a new residential development for adults with learning disability and/or autism. This full-time on-site role offers £40,000 per year and is located near our existing Southport services.

You will oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team to deliver person-centred care, support care plan assessments, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards it.
• Experience as a Registered Manager is preferable as this is a new development, however we will consider strong Deputy candidates.
• Experience working with mental health, learning disability or autism is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
