Priory Melton Place in Melton Mowbray is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a community-facing mental health service. The role focuses on safe, recovery-oriented care in a welcoming environment, without direct patient care duties.

You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff development while coordinating with families and external health professionals to meet individual needs. The post is full-time and based at Melton Place.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare or mental health services and day-to-day operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and patient safety.
• Ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team with high standards of care.
• Knowledge of mental health needs and recovery-focused practice.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of patient care and a positive environment.
• Lead and support the staff team, promoting effective communication and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external professionals to support patient needs.
