Job Description:

Are you an experienced and compassionate leader looking to make a difference in care services? We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee supported living operations across Cheshire, Oldham, and Stoke, supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will need to travel to the office in Cheshire twice a week.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager

• Direct the day-to-day running of the service to ensure high quality, safe care and support in accordance with CQC standards;
• Manage and support a team to deliver high-quality care services within supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities;
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards;
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships;
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and service development.

Registered Manager Requirements

• Management experience within the Health and Social Care sector, ideally in residential services;
• Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this;
• Demonstrate knowledge of current CQC care standards to ensure the service is Safe, Caring, Effective, Responsive, and Well-led;
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care setting, with expertise in supported living for adults with learning disabilities;
• Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations;
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent);
• Supportive team environment, paid holiday (5.6 weeks/year), full training, development opportunities, and free DBS.
