Job summary

Golden Nest Carehomes Limited is seeking a Registered Manager for Shenstone House to lead our 25-bed home and guide its transition to a nursing service, with a strong emphasis on residents’ dignity, safety and wellbeing.

You will shape governance, safeguarding, care planning, medication systems and staff development, while managing budgets and relationships with residents, families and visiting professionals.

Qualifications

• NMC registration preferred.
• Experience in nursing/healthcare leadership is required.
• Ability to lead by example and build a safe, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of Shenstone House with residents’ safety first.
• Plan and deliver transition to nursing care subject to regulatory approvals.
• Maintain and improve care standards in line with CQC requirements.
• Recruit, supervise and develop the care and nursing teams.
• Ensure safeguarding, care planning, medication systems and quality monitoring.
