Job summary

Anchor is recruiting a Registered Home Manager for Overstone House in Northampton. This 37.5-hour role is a 12-month fixed-term contract leading delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a 66-bed home and ensuring strong regulatory compliance.

You will provide visible leadership, drive occupancy and budget performance, and build a motivated team while upholding Anchor’s reputation in the local community.

Qualifications

• Experienced Registered Manager with a track record of Good/Outstanding CQC outcomes.
• Commitment to outstanding care and improving lives of older people.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Proactive approach to quality improvement, problem solving and delivering positive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families and professionals.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
