Job summary

Golden Nest Care Homes Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Shenstone House in Worcestershire. You will deliver safe, person-centred nursing care, work with the management team and care staff to support residents’ dignity, comfort and wellbeing.

We welcome experienced nurses with NMC registration who can apply clinical judgement, safeguarding, medicines management, and effective communication in a care home setting. Sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
• Be compassionate, professional and committed to safe, person-centred care.
• Understand safeguarding, clinical risk management and residents’ rights.
• Able to assess needs, recognise changes and respond promptly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care based on assessed needs and care plans.
• Assess, monitor and evaluate residents’ wellbeing.
• Administer and manage medicines safely.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and risk assessments.
• Support residents with complex needs and end-of-life care.
• Promote dignity, privacy and wellbeing.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses and other professionals.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement.
