Wilderness Way is seeking a Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered homes with individual registrations in the UK. You will implement relationship-based care, supervise managers and support teams, and ensure safeguarding compliance, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for children.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in children’s residential care and hold Level 3/5 qualifications, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in children’s residential care, social work, or secure care within the last 5 years.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of SCCIF and care regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage two Ofsted-registered solo homes with individual registrations.
• Provide 2:1 relationship based care and set shifts/rota across the year.
• Lead and support pair of managers, HRBP, recruitment, and safeguarding teams.
