Wilderness Way is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered homes in the Tees Valley area. The role offers structured mentorship, early Level 5 qualification support, and a clear induction to empower you in child-centred care leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SCCIF and care regulations.
• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
