Job summary

Wilderness Way is seeking a Registered Manager for two Ofsted-registered children's residential homes. You will lead with a relationship-based care approach, supported by an Operational Manager, Assistant Managers, HRBP, recruitment and compliance teams.

The role includes a structured induction and pathways for supervision and development. Applicants should have at least 2 years in children’s residential care or related fields, a Level 5 qualification (or willingness to pursue it), and a full UK

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SCCIF and care regulations.
• Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
• Resilient, relationship-focused leadership style.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage two Ofsted-registered homes, each with individual registrations.
• Oversee 2:1 relationship based care and set shifts/ rota.
• Coordinate support from HRBP, Recruitment, Compliance, and Learning teams.
• Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance across homes.
