Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Registered Manager in Glasgow to lead five services supporting 14 individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will oversee teams of support workers with three Team Leaders, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and strong local community engagement.

Applicants should have Level 3 SVQ in Health & Social Care (Level 4 desirable) and proven operational/people management experience, plus a UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• A minimum Level 3 SVQ in Health & Social Care with Level 4 desirable or working towards it.
• Strong experience in operational and people management.
• A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Genuine passion for quality care and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support, inspire, and develop your team of support workers and team leaders to deliver outstanding care and support across services.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities.
• Drive service improvements and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with your team, families, and communities.
