Job summary

Lifeways in Glasgow is seeking a Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of our supported living services. You will manage a team of support workers, ensure high standards of person-centred care, assist with recruitment and staff development, and maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills.
