Job summary

Lifeways is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established supported living service in Sutton. You will oversee a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care for 7 adults with learning and physical disabilities and drive continuous quality improvement under CQC frameworks.

You will be supported by an Area Manager while leading the service with your own style, ensuring independence and meaningful outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care; Level 5 desirable or in progress.
• Proven operational and people management experience.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
• Oversee delivery of services for adults with learning and physical disabilities.
• Drive quality improvements and governance with a focus on CQC standards.
