Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader to support the Registered Manager in Glasgow, leading the day-to-day operations of our supported living services. This is a hands-on leadership role within a well-established team, focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the people we support.

You will manage and develop staff, assist with recruitment, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with external professionals to ensure safeguarding and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience leading a care team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to person-centred care.
