Job summary

Sgscare is seeking a passionate Registered Manager for a new 4-bed children’s home in Cherry Willingham, Lincoln. This role involves leading operational management and supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months UK driving licence.
• Ability to create stable, therapeutic environments for young people.

Responsibilities

Skills

Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children’s home

A resilient, empathetic and child-focused leadership style

Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted compliance

Managing referrals, occupancy and team development

Education

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
