The role focuses on delivering high-quality residential services for children with learning disabilities and requires strong leadership and Ofsted knowledge.

You will manage a team, ensure regulatory compliance, drive improvements, and build partnerships with families and agencies, with excellent career progression and benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Proven leadership and experience managing teams in social care.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and compliance within the Children’s Homes framework.
• Experience with budget management and statutory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a children's home ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
• Oversee regulatory requirements and safeguarding policies (Ofsted, Children Act, etc.).
• Monitor risk, records, and placement planning with families and partner agencies.
• Develop staff through performance management, supervision, and training.
