Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an 8-bed residential service in Moseley, Birmingham, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, mental health needs and mild autism.

You will lead and develop a dedicated staff team, foster an inclusive culture and maintain high standards of person-centred care, ensuring CQC compliance while growing occupancy through strong relationships with commissioners and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within residential care.
• Experience managing services supporting adults with complex needs.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements, legislation and best practice.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
