Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 14-bed residential service for adults with acquired brain injuries in Manchester. You will oversee leadership, quality, and day-to-day delivery of person-centred support in a calm, empowering environment.

You will require a strong background in Residential Care, experience managing people and services, and a solid understanding of CQC requirements to drive independence and respectful care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within Residential Care.
• Broad experience managing people, services and quality within ABI/Complex Needs settings.
• Experience supporting adults with acquired brain injuries.
• Commitment to promoting independence, choice and respect.
• Strong understanding of CQC legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for leadership and management of the residential service.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support for residents.
• Support people to live lifestyles of their choosing.
