Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established 8-bed residential service in Moseley, Birmingham, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, mental health needs and some mild autism.

The role focuses on continuing a strong quality position, building occupancy, developing the team and strengthening relationships with commissioners and referral partners to identify the right referrals.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience in residential care.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
