Salary: 80,000 per annum + Performance Bonus Scheme
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Children's Home Manager to lead an established 8-bed children's home in Great Barr, supporting young people with complex mental health needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable leader with a proven track record of managing larger residential services. This position is not suitable for a newly registered manager. We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide strong operational leadership, drive outstanding outcomes for young people, and ensure the home consistently delivers high-quality, therapeutic care.
Please note: This opportunity is not suitable for a first‑time Registered Manager or someone seeking their first registration.
