Search is recruiting for an experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee six 3-bed children’s homes in the Birmingham area. The role requires a proven Registered Manager with strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a track record of operational performance across multiple services.
The position offers a £90,000 annual package (inclusive of bonuses), with opportunities for development and progression within the organisation.
Dual Registered Manager - Children's Residential Services (EBD)
Location: B24, Birmingham
Salary: 90,000 per annum (inclusive of performance bonuses)
We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee six established 3-bed children's homes located within close proximity in the B24 area. The homes provide high-quality care and support for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a senior leadership position requiring an accomplished Registered Manager with a demonstrable history of successfully managing children's residential services. This role is not suitable for Deputy Managers, aspiring Registered Managers, or candidates seeking their first Registered Manager position. Applicants must already have substantial experience operating as a Registered Manager within children's residential care and be confident leading multiple services, driving operational performance, and maintaining consistently high standards of care and compliance.
