Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's home in Crewe. You will own the registration process, recruit and develop a capable staff team, and drive the service toward a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.

The role offers autonomy, strong support from an established provider, and the chance to shape culture and quality from day one.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, children's homes regulations and quality standards
• Experience supporting children with EBD and/or LD
• Leadership skills to build and develop a strong team
• Ability to lead a new service through registration

Salary: £50,000 £65,000 + Bonus | Potential to Earn £80,000+ | Brand-New 3-Bed Home | EBD & LD | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings?

Leaders In Care are working with a provider who are preparing to open their second childrens home in Crewe. The home is a fully refurbished, high-quality 3-bed service supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD) and is ready to begin the registration process.

The missing piece is an experienced and capable Registered Manager who can take ownership of the service, lead the registration process and establish a high-performing home from day one.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will have genuine autonomy and responsibility for the successful development and operation of the home. You will be supported by an established provider but will have the opportunity to shape the culture, team and quality of care from the outset.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who can demonstrate:

• Significant experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
• A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, children's homes regulations and quality standards
• Experience supporting children with EBD and/or LD
• The leadership skills to build and develop a strong team
• The confidence and competence to lead a new service through registration
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
• Ideally, you will be based locally to Crewe or within a reasonable commuting distance
