Job summary

Raymond Care Group Ltd in Ashford, Kent is seeking a Registered Manager for a new domiciliary care service. The role is part-time / flexible during start-up and CQC registration stages. The successful candidate will help establish a high-quality service to support people in their own homes.

Initial hours are flexible with potential to increase as the service develops. You will work closely with directors and help ensure readiness to commence regulated activity, guiding policies and care systems

Qualifications

• Has prior experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements.
• Has the relevant qualifications and experience for the role.

Responsibilities

• Support the CQC registration process.
• Provide Registered Manager oversight.
• Advise on policies, procedures and care systems.
• Help ensure the service is ready to commence regulated activity.
• Work closely with the directors during the start-up phase.
• Take responsibility for the regulated activity once operational.
• Support ongoing quality and development of the service.
