Care Outlook is recruiting a Registered Manager for our Battersea, London branch. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the highest quality of care, and lead staff to deliver person-centred services that meet CQC expectations.

The role requires Level 5 leadership, at least 3 years in domiciliary care management, and a valid UK driving licence. We offer a competitive salary, a company phone, and strong professional development opportunities.

Competenze

• Level 5 Health and Social Care leadership and management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in domiciliary care.
• Full UK driving license.

Mansioni

• Be a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-centred way.
• Deliver services effectively and efficiently, with clear monitoring procedures and processes to ensure standards are continually met.
• Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff.
• Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services, including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams, etc.
• Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and ongoing development.
