Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager to take full operational responsibility for a domiciliary care service in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, with approximately 2,000 care hours weekly across three counties.

You will drive growth through local authority relationships and new packages, ensure CQC compliance, and lead a management team to deliver high-quality care. Licence and vehicle are essential, with a permanent full-time role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Experience delivering at least 1,500 care hours per week.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service.
• Drive growth in care hours through local authority relationships and new packages.
• Maintain and develop relationships with commissioners across three county councils.
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained.
• Lead and develop the management team, including the Deputy Manager, Care Coordinators, and Field Care Supervisor.
• Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performance.
• Work with the Operations Director on strategy and performance.
