Job summary

ARISE Nursing seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead domiciliary care services across Wales. You will ensure safe, compassionate, person-centred care with strong leadership for care teams and daily operational oversight.

The role requires governance of CIW regulations, safeguarding, care planning and continuous service improvement, with support for qualifications and professional development where needed.

Qualifications

• Significant management or leadership experience in domiciliary care or regulated adult social care.
• Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) regulations, safeguarding responsibilities and Welsh social care legislation.
• Experience in managing, supervising and developing multidisciplinary care teams.

ARISE Nursing is seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead and oversee our domiciliary care services across Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of care services, providing strong leadership to care teams and ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate and high-quality person-centred care.

Key responsibilities include managing service operations, supervising and developing staff, overseeing care planning and safeguarding, maintaining compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) requirements, monitoring service quality and driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for an inspiring leader with excellent organisational skills, sound knowledge of adult social care regulations and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people receiving care.
