Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. supports a small residential care home in Newport, South Wales, to appoint a capable Care Home Manager.

You will lead the team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high standards of elderly and dementia care within a warm, homely environment. You will oversee budgets and occupancy, foster strong relationships with residents and families, and promote person-centred care, safeguarding, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a residential elderly care setting.
• Knowledge of dementia care and person-centred practices.
• Proven track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sound understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and occupancy.

The Role
